Job Responsibilities:
•Making Sales, Purchase and Bank statement entries in Tally Software.
•Issuing Sales Invoices to the client. Following up for the sales invoices raised.
•Preparing GST working on monthly basis and assist the GST team in filing the returns.
•Making client’s Tax payments (GST, TDS, PT, Advance Tax, Assessment Tax) on portal.
• Preparing M.I.S., TDS, GST reports on Monthly Basis.
• Bank reconciliations on weekly basis.
• Assisting in preparing financial statements as assistance to Income Tax department.
• Maintaining Sales, Purchase, Bank statements, Expenses, etc records in excel.

Skills and Experience required:
• Commerce Graduates with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Tally ERP.9 & MS-Office (Word & Excel)
• Effective communication (written as well as verbal) and presentation skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
• Must be able to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously
