Salary / Compensation :
Initial salary shall be approximately Rs 15,000.00. First three months will be on probation. Based on the performance in 3 months, the final salary / compensation shall be negotiated.
Timing :
09:30 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday), Sunday Weekly Off.

Customer Support Associate / Executive. Responsibilities include interacting with customers through telephone for support / sales related queries, billing / invoicing / renewals related assistance to customers etc.
Training
Training of technical knowledge required to support customers for the services shall be provided, however basic knowledge as mentioned above and of computers is a must. This has been confirmed by you.
Other rules & regulations / terms and conditions of the contract shall be provided with you in due course of time, and you confirm to abide by the same.
At present the requirement is to work remotely, therefore candidates will be required to have a reasonably good configuration laptop / computer and an internet connection with good speed. This has been confirmed by you.

Prerequisites / Qualifications
Knowledge of Computers is a must. Should have basic knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, ability to communicate through email and fluency in communication in English / Hindi.
