Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring and reviewing finance, accounting, taxation and compliance functions for all our South based operations.
• Reviweing weekly MIS of sales, purchases, orders executed, unexecuted orders, payments, collections. Monitoring the P&L performance of the unit on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
• Should have the ability to command authority and lead a team.
• Responsible to ensure periodic complainces are done in a timely manner like TDS, GST, TCS, Ledger confirmations, annual filings etc.
• Will also be responsible to share financial and accounting data to the group level fundraising team as and when needed.
• Will also be expected to prepare forecasts of sales and profitability for the unit.
• Will be responsible to prepare quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements for all entities of the group.
• Will be responsible to liasion with various statutory as well as internal auditors.
• Will be responsible to lead team for all direct taxation and indirect taxation matters for the group.
