Job Description :
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing finance, accounting, taxation and compliance functions for all our South based operations.
Reviweing weekly MIS of sales, purchases, orders executed, unexecuted orders, payments, collections. Monitoring the P&L performance of the unit on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
Should have the ability to command authority and lead a team.
Responsible to ensure periodic complainces are done in a timely manner like TDS, GST, TCS, Ledger confirmations, annual filings etc.
Will also be responsible to share financial and accounting data to the group level fundraising team as and when needed.
Will also be expected to prepare forecasts of sales and profitability for the unit.
Will be responsible to prepare quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements for all entities of the group.
Will be responsible to liasion with various statutory as well as internal auditors.
Will be responsible to lead team for all direct taxation and indirect taxation matters for the group.
