Total work experience (after MBA): minimum 3 years in FMCG industry
Job Description :
Conducting research (primary & secondary) on consumer markets, monitoring market trends, competition and identifying market opportunities & potential areas of development/ focus
Tracking product wise performance across various channels and analyze sales metrics such as sales volume, market share, pricing and distribution that will aid marketing and business decisions
Assisting in developing & executing brand strategy & implementation of brand deliverables at various levels based on the above research
Has led execution on key marketing activations - creative development to execution (in-store branding, promoter activations, influencer campaigns, etc.)
Stake holder management, coordinating with multiple agencies over different media promotions & ensures smooth transition of the activations
Evaluating the effectiveness of the campaigns and incorporating learnings in all future projects
Preparing marketing literature and all campaign related aids
Developing brand presentations for the brand partners basis the brand & media strategies
Liaising with legal and compliance team to ensure the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
Provide all marketing collaterals to the sales network and monitor usage/ effectiveness of the same
