Job Description:
- Conducting research (primary & secondary) on consumer markets, monitoring market trends, competition and identifying market opportunities & potential areas of development/ focus
- Tracking product wise performance across various channels and analyze sales metrics such as sales volume, market share, pricing and distribution that will aid marketing and business decisions
- Assisting in developing & executing brand strategy & implementation of brand deliverables at various levels based on the above research
- Has led execution on key marketing activations - creative development to execution (in-store branding, promoter activations, influencer campaigns, etc.)
- Stake holder management, coordinating with multiple agencies over different media promotions & ensures smooth transition of the activations
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the campaigns and incorporating learnings in all future projects
- Preparing marketing literature and all campaign related aids
- Developing brand presentations for the brand partners basis the brand & media strategies
- Liaising with legal and compliance team to ensure the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines
- Provide all marketing collaterals to the sales network and monitor usage/ effectiveness of the same
