 Key Responsibilities 

 Community Engagement & Relationship Building: Foster a sense of belonging and active participation, Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members and clients Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage events, workshops, and networking sessions; oversee logistics and execution Ensure smooth communication between members and the organization. Track key community metrics and assess engagement effectiveness. Use data insights to refine strategies and enhance experiences. Align community initiatives with business objectives.
 Position Summary:

 Qualification and Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Management Studies (BMS) or Human Resource Management Demonstrated ability to build and engage communities, customer relationship management Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations. Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently, handle changing priorities. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong Research and Analytical skills Active listening & problem-solving mindset. Excellent event management and coordination skills. 2-4 years of work experience in roles related to community engagement, customer relationship management, or similar fields. Familiarity with MSME Sector A proactive, empathetic, and people-first approach
