Job Description:
- Sourcing & acquisition of new potential clients for Sub Contract, Pre Bid Joint Ventures and other partner search opportunities.
- Exploring international Infrastructure markets for possible Joint Venture/Investmnets
- \Active involvement in understanding the client’s requirement & formulation of solutions
- Managing end-to-end deal execution involving communicating with client management, seamless information flow, negotiation, follow ups, preparation of deal document and deal closure.
- Maintaining relationship with new & existing clients.
- Keeping track of all major happenings/Developments in the sector
- Meeting productivity targets as assigned by the organization.
Qualification:
28, 48Skills:
- Good understanding of construction/Infrastructure sector such as road, metro, railways etc with knowledge of major developments in the sector such as major ongoing projects, major players etc.
- Educational Qualification: Engineer /Construction Management /Marketing degree with suitable experience
- Marketing/Business Development Experience of 1-3 years
