Job Description :

Job Title: Customer Support and Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads for our premium customer segment.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilize various channels, including targeted outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships, to generate high-quality leads.


2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers.
  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of premium customers and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Act as the key point of contact for premium customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.


3. Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure the satisfaction of premium customers through proactive communication and personalized support.
  • Work closely with premium customers to anticipate their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Seek feedback from premium customers and use it to continuously improve our services.


4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies for premium customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide insights and feedback from premium customer interactions to contribute to product/service enhancements.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving premium customer acquisition targets.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
