The consultant is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing human resources policies and activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, induction, training, employee relations, communication, and employee records for client organizations by performing the following duties.
• Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle
• Support day-to-day HR activities w.r.t hiring, confirmations, PIP, performance evaluations
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling work-related issues
• Ideate, implement and execute customized HR initiatives for the client
• Research and identify innovative HR practices and ways to regularly engage teams
• Proactively identify and address critical employee concerns and drive them to closure in alignment with HR policies and stakeholders’ recommendations.
• Prepare annual training calendar, identify and onboard best-in-class training partners for various initiatives.
• Manage the employee benefits portfolio w.r.t insurance and other wellness programs for all employees in liaison with our insurance partner
• Administer Performance Management System in the firm.
• Supervise the attendance and leave records as input for processing payroll
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations for the employees.
• Prepare HR Dashboards HR MIS
