Role: We are seeking passionate and dynamic telecallers to generate leads for business and
personal loans. The ideal candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent at
building relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new leads for business and personal loans through cold calling
and other lead generation strategies.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their loan requirements and qualify them
for our loan products.
• Provide detailed information about loan products and services to potential clients.
• Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.
• Maintain an updated database of client interactions and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in telecalling, especially in the financial services sector.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
• Ability to understand and explain financial products and services.
• Strong relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Basic understanding of financial documents and business models.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in generating leads for business and personal loans.
• Background in NBFCs, rating agencies, or tech companies focused on financial
products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand client needs.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about new technologies and industry trends.
