The Social Media & Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing all social media channels,
which includes Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin & Instagram. This role requires a thorough understanding
of the social media landscape and an ability to create and maintain a cohesive voice across all
channels.


Responsibilities for Social Media Executive - Organic:
1. Developing Social Media Strategy & Calendars
2. Ability to handle multiple brands at one time.
3. Creating and maintaining content calendars
4. Coordinate & Interact with Clients & Internal Teams
5. Creating engaging stories across all platforms.
6. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics
7. Create Performance Reports at regular intervals
8. Creating engaging content for the company's audience
9. Managing customer service inquiries on social media channels
10. Manage ORM & Social Media Postings

Skills :

Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. BMM Graduate or equivalent.
2. Active on Social Media and understands the latest trends.
3. Should be willing to learn and upgrade his skills.
4. Good written and spoken communication skills.
5. Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months experience in an agency.
6. The candidate must have his own laptop / desktop with a good working WIFI connection.
