Job Description:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment consultancy with a team of 70+ seasoned recruiters. We cater to diverse industries and have successfully delivered hiring solutions across levels – from junior executives to C-Suite roles (CEO/Director) with salary brackets ranging from 2 LPA to 90 LPA. Our expertise lies in providing customized talent acquisition services across PAN India for various sectors including BFSI, IT, Manufacturing, Pharma, Real Estate, Retail, and more.-
Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors by targeting HR Heads, CHROs, and CXOs.

Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions to prospective clients across India.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and align our recruitment capabilities accordingly.

Represent the company in client meetings, HR events, networking forums, and industry seminars.

Create, send, and follow up on proposals and commercials for recruitment services.

Collaborate closely with internal recruitment team to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through consistent business generation.

Maintain CRM/data logs and provide regular reports on business development activities.
- Arranging and Attending Meetings - Cold- Calling/ Existing Client pitches
- Creating Communication Documents e.g. Pitch Presentation, Proposals, etc.
