Who We're Looking For: We’re on the hunt for ambitious and result-driven professionals to join our Business Development team at either the Executive/Manager/Head level—depending on experience. This role involves building strong client relationships, exploring new business avenues, and aligning strategic efforts with the creative strengths of Hexaspace. What You’ll Do: Drive lead generation, client engagement, and closure of new projects Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets Identify new market opportunities within the B2C interior and architectural space, Build strong rapport with potential and existing clients. Collaborate with design and operations teams to deliver cohesive client experiences Lead and mentor junior BDEs/BDMs (for Head-level role) Track performance metrics and report on progress regularly Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive insights |

What You Bring:
2+ years of experience for Executive role / 5+ years for Manager/Head role in business development or sales
Background in interior design, architecture, or premium service industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A knack for networking, strategy, and negotiation
Self-motivated, with a passion for design and customer experience
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred for managerial role)
