Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager with a strong background in the broking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of IT systems, infrastructure, and trading technologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like SEBI and stock exchanges (NSE/BSE). Experience with platforms like SYMPHONY, NEAT, Algo Trading APIs, and integration with depository and clearing systems (CDSL, NSDL, etc.) is highly desirable.
Lead the IT strategy and operations aligned with the business goals of a broking firm.
Oversee and manage core broking applications including trading platforms (SYMPHONY, NEAT), back-office systems, RMS, and client-facing apps.
Ensure seamless integration with stock exchanges, depositories (NSDL/CDSL), clearing corporations, and payment gateways.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure systems meet regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
Supervise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, cloud services, and DR (Disaster Recovery) setups.
Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) with software providers, telecom companies, and hardware vendors.
Lead and mentor the internal IT support and development teams.
Coordinate with business units to identify tech needs and implement scalable solutions.
Monitor system performance, perform risk assessments, and implement security best practices.
Oversee the deployment of algorithmic and API-based trading systems and ensure robust risk management controls.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in a managerial role within the broking or capital markets industry.
Deep understanding of stock exchange operations, DP services, and broking compliance norms.
Experience with trading platforms like SYMPHONY, NEAT, and exposure to APIs for algo/auto trading.
Knowledge of database systems (SQL Server, Oracle), server administration (Linux/Windows), and cybersecurity protocols.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
