Good knowledge of financial products Like Insurance, MF, Stock Market and Banking Products
Calling to Prospective business partner for Onboard them as a business partner
Identify and research potential agent candidates through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, networking events, and different database.
Make Relations with Agents and take business from them to sell various products.
Develop Various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agent and agent pipeline.
Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company.
Explain our all product details to our business partners which are showing interested to become partner
Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
Going to web aggregators and enterprises to make partnerships and finding other opportunities to grow the business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent acquisition activities, including partner communication history, and performance metrics.
