Job Description:
- Good knowledge of financial products Like Insurance, MF, Stock Market and Banking Products
- Calling to Prospective business partner for Onboard them as a business partner
- Identify and research potential agent candidates through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, networking events, and different database.
- Make Relations with Agents and take business from them to sell various products.
- Develop Various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agent and agent pipeline.
- Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company.
- Explain our all product details to our business partners which are showing interested to become partner
- Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Going to web aggregators and enterprises to make partnerships and finding other opportunities to grow the business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent acquisition activities, including partner communication history, and performance metrics.

- Communication Skill in English, Hindi. Regional Languages are added Advantage
