Job Description:

  • Good knowledge of financial products Like Insurance, MF, Stock Market and Banking Products
  • Calling to Prospective business partner for Onboard them as a business partner
  • Identify and research potential agent candidates through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, networking events, and different database.
  • Make Relations with Agents and take business from them to sell various products.
  • Develop Various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agent and agent pipeline.
  • Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company.
  • Explain our all product details to our business partners which are showing interested to become partner
  • Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
  • Going to web aggregators and enterprises to make partnerships and finding other opportunities to grow the business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent acquisition activities, including partner communication history, and performance metrics.
