Job Description
• Sourcing - Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets set for Business/Personal loans through sourcing via customer walk-in, on-field lead generation, physical promotions, connectors onboarding and digital channels.
• Eligibility Check – Run a complete eligibility check as per the parameters applicable for multiple banks and NBFCs.
• Processing - Ensure the files are processed from sourcing to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
• Repeat Business - Retain and expand the company's base of customers so as to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Team Management - Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the internal sourcing team and connectors so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the company
• Market intelligence - Use understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
• Networking - Maximize sales through a network and relationships to ensure strong business
