Description: | Job Description: • Customer Service professional with more than 8 years of experience in the areas of Client Relationship Management, Data Management, Training & skills Development. • A proactive leader and planner with ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills. Core Competencies • Diverse experience – Data Management, Quality assurance, Customer service & CRM software ( Sales Force, Sell.do, Far vision & Approach ) • Proficient computer skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal • Ability to work well with others, in both supervisory or support staff roles • Maintains positive attitude and effective time management skills • Warm and friendly personality • Lively, upbeat, and able to multi-task • Handled a team size of 5-30 Executive in Presales Department. • Closely worked on Sales Force software & Sell.do to maintain the business record. • Regular Visits to Outsourced Call Centre to ensure smooth operations. • Generation of leads through telephonic outreach from the assigned base of clients across market segments geographies. • Managing the Tele caller’s query, product training, guiding towards right direction of telesales. • Handling Escalation from the sites team. • Generating interest for buying/site visit in ongoing fresh launches. • Generating leads and opportunities through cold calling, website enquiries, • Digital marketing and ATL activities • Relationship development with the assigned client base through regular interactions. • Managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals. • Maintain Campaign report for Higher management to understand the responses of lead source • Maintain and make weekly Dash Boards and present in to Higher Management so as to show the productivity of Pre sales Team • Visiting the sites during weekends for handling and catering the clients come for site visits. • Ensuring the clients are attended timely and queries are resolved through closing sales manager. • To ensure that clients are served well, and that the company is represented in the best way possible. Deliver creative & ingenious ideas for continuous improvement • Responsible for maintaining the updated profiling information of his/her client base. • Attend regular training sessions & PRPs (Performance Review Program me) to gain knowledge of evolving technologies, competitive products & trends in the business. • Engage with customers to take feedback provide quick resolutions. • Tracking & maintaining the outcome of each VD • Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets. • Bridge a Gap between Clients and Sales Manager for more conversion of Bookings • During Campaign help the site team for additional Support in terms of overflow walk-ins • Developing effective sales plans using current Sales methodology like Sales Force and Sell.do • Responsible for developing and growing the VC pipeline by creating new leads and managing existing ones • Attain CP meets during Pre launches and Campaign period • Collating and maintain a tracker for all projects in terms follows up, call backs, VC’s and VD’s |
