Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description :
Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO's office.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and employee team building activities.
Personal Affairs Management: Handle personal tasks for the CEO, including family affairs, vacation planning, and other personal responsibilities as required.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that the CEO's office operates smoothly and efficiently.
