1. Market Research and Strategy:

2. Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and other industry professionals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
3. Project Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and provide appropriate furniture solutions.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as necessary to provide expert advice and support.
4. Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
5. Networking and Industry Engagement:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the architecture or interior design industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the architecture and design industry, including key players, trends, and project workflows.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure large deals.
• Networking: Extensive network of contacts within the architecture and design community.
• Organization: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of design software is a plus.
