Convince clients on projects and maximize site visit opportunities.
Follow up with the clients for Site visits & Revisits.
Follow up with the customers to further the closure process.
Should be confident to handle inbound & outbound calls on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.
Maximum number of appointments should be given to the Sales Executives.
Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales.
Responsible for handling all customers inquiries.
Day to day interactions with the customers to share multiple project details.
Communicate with client to identify their requirement & choice of property.
Cold calling to generate verified leads.
Should be adept at client Relationship Management.
Have Fairly good knowledge of the upselling convincing customer.
Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation building, Email Campaign management.
