Job Preference :

  • Candidate with 0-2 yrs. of experience as tele caller.
  • Freshers with good communication skills.
  • Candidate should be able to communicate well in Hindi, English and Marathi. 

Job Description :

  • Convince clients on projects and maximize site visit opportunities.
  • Follow up with the clients for Site visits & Revisits.
  • Follow up with the customers to further the closure process.
  • Should be confident to handle inbound & outbound calls on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.
  • Maximum number of appointments should be given to the Sales Executives.
  • Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales.
  • Responsible for handling all customers inquiries.
  • Day to day interactions with the customers to share multiple project details.
  • Communicate with client to identify their requirement & choice of property.
  • Cold calling to generate verified leads.
  • Should be adept at client Relationship Management.
  • Have Fairly good knowledge of the upselling convincing customer.
  • Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation building, Email Campaign management.
