Job Description:
- Convince clients on projects and maximize site visit opportunities.
- Follow up with the clients for Site visits & Revisits.
- Follow up with the customers to further the closure process.
- Should be confident to handle inbound & outbound calls on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.
- Maximum number of appointments should be given to the Sales Executives.
- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales.
- Responsible for handling all customers inquiries.
- Day to day interactions with the customers to share multiple project details.
- Communicate with client to identify their requirement & choice of property.
- Cold calling to generate verified leads.
- Should be adept at client Relationship Management.
- Have Fairly good knowledge of the upselling convincing customer.
- Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation building, Email Campaign management.
