Job Description :

1.    Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

2.    Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.

3.    Define optimal sales force structure.

4.    Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

5.    Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.

6.    Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

7.    Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company

8.    To be well-versed with the geographical areas and up-coming projects in Bangalore & network with connected parties.

9.    Deliver targeted top line as per business plan by ensuring targeted sales at approved price levels.

10.  To create and develop alternate channels for increasing width and depth of distribution pipelines.

11.  To create quality leads by developing direct, referrals, Corporate Connect, Channel partners as well as non-traditional channels.

12.  To liaise with various departments to get deeper product knowledge to the team.

13.  Responsible for converting qualified leads into potential customers by gaining a clear understanding of customers’ requirements and closing sales.

14.  Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.

15.  Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.

16.  Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives

17.  Plan marketing and branding objectives.

18.  Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

19.  Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback

20. Encourage and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.

21.  Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.

22. Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the sales life cycle.
