Preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, CMA Data, Cash Flow projections and other documents pertaining to the Proposal for submission to Banks.
Liaison, interact and follow up with Banks for sanction and negotiating the terms of Sanction.
Obtaining sanction and handling post sanction formalities with the Clients and the Banks for documentation
Assisting the Client in execution of loan documents and obtaining disbursement.
