CA, MBAJob Description:
- The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of corporate credit/project finance and have good relationship with financials institutes.
- Preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, CMA Data, Cash Flow projections and other documents pertaining to the Proposal for submission to Banks.
- Liaison, interact and follow up with Banks for sanction and negotiating the terms of Sanction.
- Obtaining sanction and handling post sanction formalities with the Clients and the Banks for documentation
- Assisting the Client in execution of loan documents and obtaining disbursement.
