Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and Compliance executive to join our Compliance Department.
This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates with a keen interest in the financial
markets and a basic understanding of compliance principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the team in conducting inspections and audits.
- Maintain records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Excel.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance compliance knowledge.
Skills:
Qualifications:
- B.Com, CA/CS/CMA (Semi Qualified), MBA.
- Elementary knowledge of compliance in the financial sector.
- Skill in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
