Job Description :-
As a Talent Acquisition Manager in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for
managing and executing the recruitment and hiring strategies for sourcing, attracting, and
onboarding top talent within the organization.
Develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies tailored to the real estate industry.
Design and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent, including advertising positions on job
boards, using social media, and tapping into recruitment agencies or consultancies.
Identify and source candidates through various channels (online job boards, career sites,
LinkedIn, recruitment agencies).
Build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews (both phone and face-to-face), and manage the candidate
evaluation process.
Participate in real estate job fairs, networking events, and professional associations to increase
brand visibility.
Manage the entire hiring process from initial screening to extending job offers.
Coordinate and oversee pre-employment checks, reference verifications, and background
screening.
