Job Profile:

  • Management & Accounts Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between the management and the accounts team to address and resolve their queries efficiently.
  • Office & Professional Coordination:
    • Facilitate communication and coordination with the office team and external professionals such as Chartered Accountants (CA), Company Secretaries (CS), and lawyers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Banking Relations:
    • Manage interactions with banks to secure loans and other financial facilities required by the organization.
  • Procurement Negotiations:
    • Lead negotiations for all office procurements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Brokerage & Commission Finalization:
    • Handle the finalization of brokers, brokerage, and commissions for various deals, ensuring terms are favorable for the organization.
  • Insurance Management:
    • Negotiate with insurance companies for the best coverage options.
    • Oversee the processing of insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
