Job Description :

Key Roles & Responsibilities

·  Key Account Management, New Business Development, Product Branding, Industrial Sales, Project Sale, Technical Sales & Services to maximizing the profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.

·  Getting the product approvals, the documentation for the product approvals, product trial and commercialization.

·  Having strong ability to develop a good customer base for company products and working closely with customers in product development and generating business.

·  Prepare a monthly BD/marketing report. Track measures of new business performance and take appropriate action.

·  Understanding the technical requirements of the customers to identify possible solutions to meet the customer needs & coordinating with the R&D and Design.

·  Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

·  Monitor and evaluate the activities and service offering of the competition. To Develop new Customers and execute tactical plans to generate required leads. Ensure that best practices for lead generation are implemented.

·  Stay current with industry and competitive research and information to enable rich customer dialogue; maintain an understanding of customer business challenges, industry trends and markets & map capabilities that align to customer business objectives and initiatives.

·  Should have analysed market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models and relate to product technology and develop strategy and business direction.

·  The role carries P&L responsibility with the focus being driving revenue growth and takes the business to the next higher level by leveraging on relationships in and knowledge of the sector.


Required Skills - 

·  Design and implement comprehensive Marketing & Sales Strategy and expand brand Visibility.

·  Drive budget and margins of the business through Product Strategy and Pricing Strategy.

·  Plan & Coordinate Marketing Policy, Market Research, Marketing Competency & Marketing Initiatives and develop Action Plans to expand Market.

·  Strong analysis of Demand Forecasting, Opportunity Identification, Competency Mapping.

·  Excellent in Client Relationship Management, Time Management, Organizational Skills and Team Management.

·  Strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.

·  Excellent communication and presentation skills

·  Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.

Qualification :

18

Skills :

Graduation (Chemical Engineering / Chemistry background) and PGDM / Masteres in Marketing.

Relevant experience in sales and marketing of Speciality Chemicals /Construction Chemicals.
