Job Location : Naupada, Thane West. It is just 10 minutes walking distance from Thane Station.
Job Timings : 9:30 AM to 05:30 PM
Days : Mon to Sat
Preference will be given to female candidates who are Maharashtrian.
Being a responsible person of CRM department, you should be aware and updated of new products, divisions.
As the Toll free
number and landline will be given in advertisements, CRM will be responsible
for first point of contact to the customer; therefore CRM telecallers have to
attend all calls and then take action on that call whether it need to be
forwarded to other division, or need to be closed by CRM itself. Must understand the need of customer very
patiently and politely. It will be your first duty to update the customer about
any division/product/scheme/discount/offer & then forward it to the
specific department.
Generate calls and leads conversion to sales utilizing existing social media leads. Answering incoming calls to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Ø Responding efficiently
and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that
client’s feel supported and valued.
Ø Engaging in active
listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing
angry clients, as needed. Making sales or recommendations for products or
services that may better suit client needs.
Ø Building lasting
relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and
reliability. Generating new customers and adding it to the potential database.
Analysing repeat customers and informing the same to your team leader.
Ø Attending calls in
absence of any team member & reporting on behalf of her to your team leader.
Ø Utilizing software,
databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Ø Taking part in training
and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Ø Daily reporting your
team leader for the complaints/query you have received.
Ø Preparing Daily MIS
reports of the inbound/outbound calls, Complaints/query/feedback.
Above all given responsibilities will be followed by you routinely and regularly and you will adhere to all company policies and procedures.
