About
the Role: The Treasury Management Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and executing financial activities related to treasury operations. This role requires expertise in packing credit applications, export documentation, bank coordination, and trade finance. A strong understanding of forex, bank relationships, and the ability to analyse bank charges is essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of Packing Credit Applications: Manage and prepare applications for packing credit, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to support export operations. 2. Export Documentation: Handle all required export documentation, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 3. Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks for various treasury needs, including documentation submission, negotiation, and follow-ups to facilitate smooth operations. 4. Payments and Transactions (RTGS): Process and oversee RTGS payments, ensuring timely and accurate transfers in line with company requirements. 5. Forex Management: Utilize knowledge of forex markets to support trade finance and other treasury operations, assisting in the optimization of forex-related costs. 6. Trade Finance: Manage trade finance operations, including Letter of Credit (LC) processing and other financing activities to support international trade requirements. 7. Bank Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure efficient service and favourable terms for the organization. 8. Bank Entries in Tally: Record and reconcile all bank entries in Tally, ensuring accuracy and maintaining up-to-date financial records. 9. Analysis of Bank Charges: Conduct regular analysis of bank charges to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of financial resources. |
