1-2 years of strong experience in Transfer Pricing /International Taxation in MUMBAI BASED COUNSULTING FIRM 

Location : Vidyavihar, Mumbai

2nd and 4th sat off

9.30 to 6.30 / 7.30

• Command over the subject and working knowledge of transfer price regulations, international tax, FEMA to initiate / engage in conversation with a client.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Should be in a position to manage team dynamics.
• Providing expert advice on Transfer Pricing laws and regulations like TP Audit, TP Study Reports.
• Preparing submissions for the clients for scrutiny assessments, rectification / stay application, appeal to be filed with the Commissioner of Income-tax and Income-tax Appellate Tribunal.
• Providing advise to the Clients on Corporate tax laws and regulatory matter like DTAA, FEMA issues.
• Preparing memos & presentations for advisory assignment for corporate tax and regulatory matters.
• Engage in technical research on latest case laws and circulars and prepare summary and impact analysis on landmark cases for clients Coaching/ developing junior members on the concepts of corporate tax.
• Making presentation on current topics in internal trainings.
