- Sales and Technology -
- Assist team in achieving the revenue targets for the venture
- Assist team in managing turnaround times for all deliverables
- Define, implement, manage existing and own process/workflows for any given project
- Seek feedback on the method and provide suggestions for improvement
- Ensure successful on boarding and deployment of the platform for all accounts managed
- Ensure platform usage by all concerned stakeholders (Clients and NGOs), monitor and track the user engagement
- Marketing Programs: Create and deliver innovative programs that increase awareness, generate leads, strengthens customer relationships, and build a business and consulting opportunities
- Corporate Brand Management – Assist team in undertaking Brand visibility programs
- Liaising with Adv. and PR agencies, printers, designers, photographers, etc. for development of copy/content, creative management of advertisement campaigns, etc.
2. Client Management
- Engage and collaborate with NGOs, Corporates and others and ensure expanding the clients base with onboarding of NGOs, Corporates and others.
- Ensure exceptionally high satisfaction levels for customer stakeholders
- Org Building & Team Management
- Participate regularly in meetings, discussions and training programs
- Take responsibility as assigned by lead founders/ directors in the interest of the organisation from time to time
- Adhere at all times to the law, philosophy of the organization and the Code of Conduct, upholding the organisations values.
3. Knowledge Management -
- Conceptualize new ideas. Implement them and document them
- Provide process improvement suggestions that measurably impact delivery in a positive manner
- Ensure timely identification of risk/problem areas and puts into place appropriate mitigation plans

- Interpersonal skills to collaborate easily and smoothly with various stakeholders, including peers, government authorities, NGO and corporate.
- Prior social Enterprise and consulting experience

- Ability to manage any part of the program at short notice
