Job Description:

• Developing methods to improve the efficiency of the company’s operations based on the targets.
• Monitoring compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to consumer lending practices
• Providing leadership and support to other members of the management team, including supervising junior staff members
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, including managing outcomes from the team.
• Communicating regularly with clients about new products or services that may be of interest to them, such as new loan programs or investment opportunities
• Analysing financial data to evaluate the performance of different business units within the organization
• Providing leadership and support to other members of the management team, including supervising junior staff members
• Reviewing and approving loan applications to ensure that they meet company standards for risk and profitability
• Managing a team who are responsible for selling our products or services to prospective clients.
