Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer Pricing Compliance:

 • Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation – Local File, Master File, 3-tiered documentation as per OECD BEPS Action Plan 13.

 •  Assist in Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) including reconciliation and XML preparation.

 •  Analyze intercompany transactions (sale of goods, provision of services, intangible property, financial transactions).

•  Search & Benchmarking:

 • Independently perform benchmarking using global TP databases: TP Catalyst, Orbis, RoyaltyStat, LoanConnector, Provis, and Capitaline.

 •Interpret industry and company-level financial data, economic analyses, and apply functional, risk, and asset analysis.

  • Advisory & Planning:

 •  Lead TP planning and structuring for international transactions.

  • Conduct value chain analysis, IP structuring, operating model transformation, and TP policy design.

 •Evaluate and advise on Safe Harbour Rules, APA, MAP and dispute resolution strategies.

 •Litigation & Defense:

•  Prepare documentation and analysis for assessments and transfer pricing audits.

 • Support in drafting responses, submissions, and attend hearings, if needed.

 •   Client & Project Management:

•  Liaise directly with international and domestic clients, their legal, tax, and finance teams.

 •Coordinate with global advisors and internal cross-border teams for end-to-end service delivery.

 •Manage and train a team of associates and analysts.

Skills:

 •  4 to 6+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably from a Big 4 or reputed CA firm.

 •Strong understanding of Indian TP Regulations, OECD Guidelines, BEPS, and global TP landscape.

 • Exposure to TP software/tools like TP Catalyst, Orbis, RoyaltyStat, LoanConnector, Provis, Capitaline, etc.

• Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and business acumen.

 •Proven experience in leading client engagements and managing teams.
