Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with experience in selling water treatment and recycling systems such as ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants), STP (Sewage Treatment Plants), RO (Reverse Osmosis) Systems, and Water Softeners. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and a proven track record in B2B industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for ETP, STP, RO, Water Softening and other water treatment solutions.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand technical requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the design and project teams for customization, costing, and timely submission of tenders and quotations.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling or repeat business opportunities.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and forecast data accurately.

Skills :

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in water treatment or related engineering products/services.
Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and components.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel to client locations and industrial sites as needed.
