The Client Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the Financial Services team, handling client queries, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication.

Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce

Job Description:

· Client Interaction: Address client queries and maintain professional communication.

·  Documentation: Prepare, manage, and file client documents accurately.

· Team Support: Assist the Financial Services team with tasks and projects.

· Administrative Duties: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and handle correspondence.

·Reporting: Generate reports and assist in preparing presentations.

·Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality requirements.

·  Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Skills:

· Experience in a client support role, preferably in financial services or a CA firm.

·Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

·Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality.
