Qualification:

Bachelor of Commerce, MBA, Master of Commerce

Job Description:

1. Bid Management

2. Drafting and Presentation

3. Proposals and tender making

4. Coordination and follow-ups regarding tender data

5. Tracking and Monitoring of Bid management activities

6. Management Reporting

7. Conducting desk research and studies

8. Analyze tender documents to determine feasibility and alignment with our goals

9. Prepare and submit Tender/ expressions of interest (EoIs)/ Request for proposals (RFPs)/ Request for Quotations (RFQs) and prequalification documents for relevant tender opportunities

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and submit comprehensive proposals

11. Maintain a tender tracking system to ensure timely and accurate tender information and their submission to the client in qualitative manner

12. Keep abreast of changes to government procurement regulations and policies

13. Provide support to the Tender Manager in other aspects of the tender management process as needed

Skills:

1. MBA other equivalent degree

2. Good analytical skills

3. Expert Presenting, Designing and drafting

4. Good in communication

5. Proficient on MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

6. Knowledge of Tally/ any other accounting software

preferred

7. Exposure of Government consulting is preferable
