We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales
Manager to lead our sales team in Surat. The ideal candidate will focus on
on-field sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage client
relationships while overseeing the sales team's activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team
Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives, providing
guidance and support to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Field
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective on-field sales
strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
- Client
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales activities, analyze performance
metrics, and prepare reports to track progress against goals.
- Market
Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor
activities, and customer needs, using insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure
smooth order fulfilment.
- Training
and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales
team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
