Job Overview:

The Stock Market Account Opening Specialist will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of opening new trading accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately, and helping clients understand the process and requirements. The role involves working closely with potential investors to ensure they meet all eligibility criteria, completing KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, and providing assistance in setting up the necessary tools for effective trading.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Setup:
    • Assist clients in opening stock trading accounts by collecting and verifying required documents.
    • Ensure clients meet all regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.
    • Guide clients through the registration process for online trading platforms, ensuring their information is entered correctly.
    • KRA/KYC
  2. Documentation Review:
    • Verify identity and financial documents submitted by clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of client information and account-related paperwork.
  3. Technical Support:
    • Provide assistance with setting up trading software and mobile applications.
    • Offer guidance on using platform features such as account management, market analysis, and transaction execution.
  4. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all client accounts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare regular reports on account openings, ensuring timely submission to management.
  5. Follow-Up:
    • Follow up with clients to ensure the successful completion of the account opening process.
    • Provide additional support if clients encounter any issues after account activation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, finance, or the stock market industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial products, stock trading processes, and KYC/AML regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive client information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in using online trading platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
