Z-3039 | Technical Project Manager

PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

Experience with cloud-based projects (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD

pipelines.

Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while coordinating with stakeholders to align business and technical goals

Execution & Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day management of technical projects, ensuring that teams meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

Agile Methodologies: Implement agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban, running sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks

and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Resolve any project issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, DevOps, data engineers, and QA to ensure smooth project progress and clear communication.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring project transparency.

 Budget & Resource Management: Manage project

budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal project outcomes.

Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Agile & Scrum: Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and

experience as a Scrum Master.

Technical Background: Working knowledge of software development, cloud

technologies, or IT infrastructure to effectively communicate with technical teams.

Problem Solving: Strong

analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex problems.

Communication: Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
