our firm is primarily working as an advisor for raising Debt/Equity.*
Our team also helps into Financial Due diligence and preparing IM (Information Memorandum) or Pitch Deck.
The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of corporate credit and project finance.
Preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, CMA Data, Cash Flow projections and other documents pertaining to the Proposal for submission to Fund Houses/Banks/NBFCs.
The ideal candidate should have basic understanding of corporate credit and project finance.
Valuation -
The person should work in the team to perform analytical work for valuation of Financial Assets.
Equity/Debt Syndication - Preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, CMA Data, Cash Flow projections and other documents pertaining to the Proposal for submission to Fund Houses/Banks/NBFCs.
