? Prepare schedules for program delivery as per design

? Seek faculty availability and align for the sessions

? Ensure sessions (online /offline ) are delivered on time and as per agreed schedule

? Ensure attendance is captured in the systems

? Independently coordinate all day-to-day delivery aspects of a specified program activity.

? Monitor delivery and logistics of all programs as per defined processes.

? Ensure feedback is taken from the students and faculties. ? Communicate the feedback summary to all stake holders.

? Track, update and maintain reports specific to the program on day to day basis.

? Implementation of effective operational/administrative policies and procedures specific to the achievement of the objectives of the program.

? Day-to-day team interaction with, liaison between, and coordination with internal and external stake holders involved in program activities.

Candidate must be a Graduate Excellent communication skills
