1. Need candidates from any FMCG Homecare or Personal care products background.
2.   Need B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry with minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience for this position

Job Description: 

·        Monitoring the production process to verify that all products meet the specified quality criteria.

·  This may involve conducting tests, measurements, and statistical analyses to identify deviations and take corrective actions.

·   Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and any non-conformities found during inspections.

·    Generating comprehensive reports and sharing them with relevant stakeholders to track trends and ensure continuous improvement.

·        Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality, working closely with relevant departments to determine root causes and preventative actions.                                              

·         Keeping up-to-date with applicable regulations and industry standards related to product quality, safety, and labeling requirements.

 Ensuring compliance and communicating any changes or updates to the organization.

·  Preparation & Standardization of Volumetric Solutions.(to cross check chemist accuracy, if required)

·     Checking of FG/ RM /PM Samples according to sampling plan, communicated by R&D / C-QA verbally or through mail or through documentations.

·        Basic Instrument handling  pH meter ,Balance, Bursting Strength etc                            

·      Communicates in a timely manner, all information regarding process, raw material status, results, etc. to all appropriate individuals in Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality departments.           

·  Ensures the maintenance and/or adherence to good laboratory practices and all safety regulations both in laboratory and manufacturing areas.

·  Writes and/or reviews procedures, purchase orders, quotes, and specifications needed to support product manufacturing activities.   

·  Inventory management, loading & unloading activity verification, inprocess quality checkup.
