Job Description:

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 
  1. Compliances with SEBI LODR Regulations specified under SEBI Act, SCRA and the rules made there under and those specified by Stock Exchanges (NSE & BSE). 
  2. Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Compliance Reports on BSE and NSE under SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. 
  3. Compliances related to Companies Act 2013. 
  4. Preparation of Annual Report of the Listed Company.
  5.  ROC/Secretarial Compliances. 
  6. Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings. 
  7. Preparation of Statutory returns/records with Registrar of companies, Stock Exchanges. 
  8. Annual filing along with other e–filings of the ROC Forms. 
  9. Appointment & Cessation of KMP and Directors. 
  10. Preparation & maintenance of Minutes Book of the Board Meetings, General Meetings & Committee Meetings. 
  11. Maintenance of Policies. 
  12. LEI Registration and its Renewal. 
  13. IEC Registration and its Renewal. ? Other group Companies ROC/ Secretarial Compliances. 
  14. Responsibility of handling and supervising Trading, DP, Back Office, RMS and Exchange & Listing Compliances. 
  15. Monitoring day to day exchange compliance. 
  16. Monitoring listing compliance. 
  17. Regular watch and reply on Alerts generated by exchanges. 
  18. Regular watch and remedial action on Alerts generated by back office software. 
  19. Watch on RMS. 
  20. Any other work as may assigned. 

Membership Compliances_ (NSE, BSE, MCX, ICEX, NCDEX, INDIA INX, NSE IFSC) 
  1. Membership Compliances- NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, & ICEX, NSE IFSC AND INDIA INX (BSE). ? DP (CDSL) & Exchanges- Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly and event-based Compliances. 
  2.  Appointment of Authorized Person, Remisiers and all documentation related with it. 
  3. Inspection and Audit conducted by Exchanges. 




Skills:

Desired Profile: 
  1.  Must be able to evaluate, file, compile, and present various reports. 
  2. Advanced knowledge of excel. 
  3. Ability to work under pressure. 
  4. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data. 
  5. Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints
