Job Description :

The HR and Admin professional is responsible for managing a variety of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. The role ensures smooth operations in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and general office administration. This position is critical in maintaining a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee productivity, and ensuring the organization’s policies and procedures are followed effectively.

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
Manage employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and update job descriptions as needed.
Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, benefits, policies, and procedures.
Assist in conflict resolution and support the management team in addressing workplace issues.
Payroll and Benefits Administration

Process and review payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment for all employees.
Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits offerings and assist employees in navigating their benefits options.
Performance Management

Support the performance appraisal process, including scheduling, documentation, and feedback collection.
Assist in implementing employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
Compliance and Policy Management

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain records related to labor law compliance (e.g., safety training, employment contracts).
Administrative Responsibilities:
Office Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and office space.
Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring that the workplace is organized and well-equipped.
Ensure office cleanliness and a safe working environment.
Scheduling and Coordination

Organize and maintain calendars for senior management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate communication and collaboration between departments.
Documentation and Reporting

Manage and update office records, both physical and digital.
Prepare internal reports and presentations as required for management or team meetings.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role, particularly concerning sensitive employee information.
