Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Own the user experience of our products. Translate user needs and business objectives into designs that help our customers discover and study information easily.
• Balance short-term needs with vision into the future. Explore ideas on how we can improve the product over the long term.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, partnering with product management and engineering to conceptualize, build, and ship highly usable products that customers love to use.
• Use data to drive your design decisions. Extract answers from analytics as you are conducting studies or research.
• Work with visual designers to establish balance between usability and aesthetics.

Qualification:

Skills:

• Experience conceiving and iterating visually for web and mobile platforms.
• Sketching mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Review and assess usability, UX and product quality.
• Analyze research, feedback and constraints.
• Experience working with style guides and asset libraries.
• Great collaborative and communication skills.
• Adobe XD/Figma/Invision/Sketch.
