Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and manage financial performance, including forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize operational disruptions.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to identify new project opportunities and contribute to the proposal and bidding processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role overseeing large infrastructure projects.
Proven track record in managing roadways, metros, and highways projects.
Experience in handling government contracts and knowledge of regulatory requirements in the infrastructure sector.
