Role Description

As a Business Development Associate , you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for information technology and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the field and a proven track record of success in business development. Experience with international sales especially in US, EU and Canada markets is highly preferred.
The Business Development Associate - Information Technology is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, but there is flexibility for some remote work

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Market Research and evaluate various opportunities to identify potential clients, evaluate competitors and assess market trends.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, generate new leads in the information technology and data analytics sector. Define Target market as per research and tailor your approach of outreach accordingly.
- Use various channels like Linkedin, Databases, Email tools to conduct new Outreach campaigns. Create a message flow for target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges. Nurture new business pipeline with continuous follow ups and outreach.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in Business development and Lead generation, preferably in the information technology and data analytics industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with markets like US, Canada and EU is highly preferred.
Ability to create and deliver presentations to clients
Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
Proficient in operating databases software, email tools and other media tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
