Responsible for generating the leads from various channels and achieving organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
? Ability to manage and train a team of 5+ callers.
? The profile is for a team lead who has the aptitude for managing.
? CRM based calling and lead-management for a fast-moving Real Estate and Advisory business.
? He/she must be driven, committed, detail oriented and be hands-on from planning to implementation.
? Ability to drive calling-operations and achieve KPIs of lead-engagement
? Driving site-visits, data-churn for a mid-sized organization.
? Data proficiency, process-orientation and ability to send timely insights to the upline
? Training of new joinees on the brand, business and presales processes,
? Getting knowledge of all projects which the company is marketing,
? Assigning targets to the team-members and planning a performance based structure for team members
who achieve their numbers,
? Following up with potential prospects of tele callers on daily basis,
? Reviewing calling-data and lead-status on a daily basis and prioritizing calling as per plans and business
priorities,
