As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management/key personnel, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to senior management/key personnel, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
3. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
4. Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including personal and professional documents.
5. Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
6. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
7. Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
8. Perform tasks related to client relationships, such as preparing client reports and presentations.
9. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications.
10. Provide general administrative support, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and performing other tasks as needed.
