Job Description :

For HR:
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure workplace harmony.
- Organize engagement initiatives to boost employee morale and productivity.
- Ensure timely payroll processing and handle employee benefits administration.
- Conduct market research to ensure fair compensation practices.
- Draft and update HR policies in accordance with legal requirements.
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absences using HR software.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
- Address salary-related concerns, deductions, bonuses, and overtime calculations.
