Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain chatbot applications using Python and conversational AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Build and train NLP/NLU pipelines for intent classification and entity recognition.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to define chatbot conversation flows and improve user experience.
• Develop REST APIs and services to support chatbot interactions.
• Monitor chatbot performance, collect analytics, and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure code quality with unit tests, documentation, and version control (e.g., Git).

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and experience with chatbot/NLP frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development (e.g., Flask, FastAPI).
• Understanding of dialogue management, conversation design, and context handling in chatbots.
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
