Roles and Responsibilities - Identify and Build Relationships with Prominent Influencers: Establish connections with key influencers relevant to our brand and campaigns. - Managing Execution of Influencer Campaigns: Oversee the creation and delivery of influencer content to ensure it meets deadlines and campaign objectives. - Maintaining Healthy and Professional Relationship: Foster ongoing, positive relationships with influencers to ensure long-term collaboration. - Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless campaign execution and operational efficiency. - Researching and Vetting Influencers: Identify and evaluate potential influencers, briefing them on campaign requirements and expectations. - Content Management and Data Collection: Handle content logistics, gather data on campaign progress, and ensure all deadlines are met. - Tracking and Analyzing Campaign Performance: Monitor the success of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements. Required Skills - Effective Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - PR and Influencer Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing public relations and maintaining influencer relationships. - Campaign Planning Experience: Background in planning and executing marketing campaigns. - Organization and Time Management: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time and multitask effectively. - People Management: Ability to manage and coordinate with various stakeholders and team members.
